Whether this is your first trip or a return visit, planning plays an important role. This task may seem daunting at first, but we are here to guide you smoothly through the process, every step of the way.STEP 1: INQUIRY
In order for us to start the planning process, we need to know more about you. Please complete the information on the Plan Your Experience Form so that we learn more about your group and your preferences. Once we receive this information, our office will contact you to discuss the various options available. We will then provide a customized schedule based on your program requests, a quote and available dates.STEP 2: BOOKING & REGISTRATION
Once you have approved the quote, program schedule and dates, we will require a Group Application and a deposit to reserve your dates. This group application can be downloaded to your computer as a fillable PDF, or printed. Please keep in mind that the communication line is always open. However, we will be in contact with you at least 30 days prior to finalize the details of your visit.STEP 3: CONFIRMATION
About 2 weeks before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm counts for all persons attending and any additional pertinent information such as dietary restrictions, special accommodations, etc.
